Well the school year thus far is going well. The students are reading every day and enjoying our new math program. Most of them are turning in their homework everyday. I've noticed that some are not reading every night. Or at least not filling in the reading log. Please make sure this is done every night. A second grader should be reading for 20 minutes a night. Also make sure your child is completing the spelling activities nightly. This needs to be turned in on Friday with the packet.
Thanks so much. Don't hesitate to contact me about any concerns.
